MarvLTech.com does not share or disclose customers' information. My friends and customers are the reason for this web site to exist and in addition to ethical and legal reasons, I do not believe that sharing ANY information about users can be beneficial to anyone.  Copies of specific customer information may be released upon written request by a customer. Customers may view their OWN records, after I verify the identity of the requestor and their right to view the information.  A copy of all requests and the information released will be kept in a secure file in hard copy form as long as I continue to provide services and/or maintain this web site.  No customer information is kept in a database linked to this site!!!

Any customer information given to any business partner or associated company would come directly from the customer, and not from us.  We don't provide our partners with ANY customer information.  We will refer our customers to a partner, and make introductions upon customer request, but do not provide any other information unless requested in writing by our current customer.

MarvLTech.com is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of third parties.  If we become aware of a third party site engaging in unethical or illegal release of customer information, the link to their site will be removed. We do not sell, trade or rent customer information to anyone at any time.

Currently Marvin Larson owns and operates MarvLTech.com, and MarvLTech.com/blog.  This basic privacy policy applies to all sites owned and operated by Marvin Larson using the name MarvLTech.

Promotional Emails -  MarvLTech.com does not send promotional email at this time.  Please report any promotional email purporting to originate from our site immediately to marv@marvltech.com.  All possible steps will be taken to stop any promotional email activity we did not originate.  We reserve the right to begin sending promotional email in the future, but will announce any such activity to our current customers via a notice on this website, email, and various other means as deemed appropriate at the time. Upon startup of promotional email campaigns, we will email our customers a one time only notice and use an opt-in invitation method to receive promotional email and an opt-out option will be available within each promotional email sent.
